Alina: "When I get big I am going to marry a man."
Ky: "Who are you going to marry?"
Alina: "A man just like you."
Alina: "The man is invisible."
McKayla: "Sis, there's no such thing as invisible."
Alina: "He lives in a different land."
McKayla: "Sis, a different land is still on the earth and there is no such thing as invisible on the earth. If he was invisible he would be on Mercury, and that planet is the closest to the sun so he would be dead. If he wasn't on Mercury he would be on Venus, which has volcanoes all over it so he would be covered in lava and dead!"
Apparently this settled it because Alina had nothing else to say on the matter.

Easter egg hunt
oh baby!
The girls just can't get enough of their new cousin Lillyana. They hovered over the car seat for the first hour she was at our house waiting for her to wake up, and as soon as she made a peep they were asking to hold her. They sang plenty of songs to her including "living on a prayer" and "connected" (from Barbi diamond castle), even Madelyn and Jackson couldn't get enough of her and joined in the singing.

Marks
Alina judges how well she played soccer by the marks that are on her legs when she takes her socks and shin guards off. According to the marks today she did super-de-uper good. Apparently the marks are correct because today was her first game and she scored three goals, which was all of them for her team.

Our almost new house
We did the inspection on our house yesterday so I was able to take a few pictures. I will put more up as soon as we move in. Everything is done, so now we just wait until closing and then it's ours. I can't wait!!! We will have to redo the backyard as it is landscaped funny. The girls are excited to paint their rooms and are already talking about what they want. I just can't wait to have our own home that I can do whatever I want to.
Let is snow!
We had a blizzard last Thrusday (not just a lot of snow, but an actual blizzard) Most of the freeways were closed down and you couldn't go anywhere. Ky was working down in Pueblo, which is about an hour away and barely made it home. Here are a few pictures from the next morning. We had huge snow drifts in our yard and all our window and doors had three to four inches of snow around them.
