Aquarium

Took the kids to the aquarium today and had a great time. Fed the rays, got faces painted, talked with mermaids and watched two 4-D movies. Then went to Yoyogurt and had a yummy treat.

Soar awards

Once each quarter the school has a SOAR assembly where one boy and one girl from each class gets a SOAR award for consistent SOAR (Safe, On task, Always safe and responsible)behavior. McKayla got one for the final quarter.

Zoo trip

The second graders took a field trip to the zoo we all had lots of fun. Got to pet lizards and skunks and feed giraffes.

Spring soccer

Alina played soccer again this spring and loved it. She did a great job and had lots of fun. Instead of trophies her coached did water bottles with their name and a soccer ball, they are very cute.
