Alina with her future husband Ethan. Yes, they are promised, I mean, look at them, they are so cute together and can you imagine their children. They both decided on their own that they are going to marry. Ethan told his mom that he wanted to get married in the temple to the new girl in preschool (that would be Alina). And Alina informed me that she wants to marry Ethan because it is okay to marry boys and it is okay to sit next to boys, but you can't play with boys. Can you tell that her sister is in the "I don't play with boys" phase!

Is It A Barbie Leg?

When I cut Mike's cake I took the Barbie out and there were no legs on it, so I teased the kids about being careful when they ate their cake so they wouldn't eat a leg. They boys were very concerned about this and at one point Ethan was sure he had found a leg in his cake. Here are all of the super heroes making sure that the cake is safe to eat.

My Beautiful Girl

Alina truly is my beautiful girl. I can not go out with out being stopped at least a handful of times and told how beautiful she is. When ever I tell her that she is cute she just says "I know mom." Just imagine what she looks like with her hair done and cute clothes on.

Building a snow man

The girls have been begging to make a snow man since we arrived in Utah and today they finally got to do it. McKayla's contribution: "Dad, I will push you so when you get dizzy you can still roll up the snow man." Alina was unable to help build the snow man because she designated herself as the official snow man hat holder.
