The best husband ever

So, Thanks to my great hubby, I now have a camera. So you can expect regular updates on our blog from now on (That is, if I don't break this camera as well)

Don't they look radiant!

I think that McKayla has seen too many commercials because today while putting on my moisturizer she told my that she was radiant and looked like she was four, not five. And apparently Alina looked like she was three, not four. So, if you want to look younger, go get yourself some moisturizer.

Exciting?

So, our washing machine has finally bit the dust. We went and got a new whirlpool duet, which is a front loading, energy saving, water saving, etc... washer. Under normal circumstances this would be a very exciting purchase, however, we have no furniture on the main floor. I have been looking for the past few weeks for chairs to go in our living room or great room, but this must be postponed. So, while I am excited to have a new washer, I am a little disappointed at not being able to buy furniture.

The dreaded hair cut

It has been 4 years in the making, but we finally did it. I took Alina to get her first hair cut. She had no idea what was happening until I went to sit her in the chair, at which point she grabbed hold of my neck and started sobbing. She did a great job once the lady started talking to her about Santa. They cut 3 inches off, but I don't think anyone will notice.

Our new place

Jennifer was nice enough to let me use her camera, so here are a few pictures of our new place.

The Blind

McKayla: "Mom, do you know what blind people need?"
Me: "No, what?"
Mckayla: "A GPS."
Me: Why do they need a GPS?"
McKayla: "Well, blind people can't see, but they can hear, so they can hear the GPS while they are driving and they will know which way to go."

Thanks for looking
