McKayla wanted to use her birthday money to buy a new Sunday dress, so we went out shopping together. The first store we went to was The Children's Place and she picked out the ugliest dress there. Luckily she listened to me when I informed her of this and picked out a much cuter one. She had so much fun trying it on and when asked if she wanted to go look at some other stores before deciding she told me "no, this store has all the accessories I need." And it did. She bought the dress, a sweater to go over it, a head band and a purse to match. She was so excited to wear it the next Sunday.

that's funny, Kaelin did the same thing this year too. Hers had to be purple with "diamonds" on it. We still need to find a little sweater that will look good with it though
