The Bean Museum

We went to the Bean Museum today and McKayla was so funny. She told me all about the different animals in a very authoritative voice. Disclaimer: For those of you who are not familiar with the animals listed below, please do not believe the things that are said, as most of it is made up.

While looking at the animals McKayla said: "Let me tell you why it's just their heads. The humans killed them, then cooked them, then stuffed their heads with bean museum."

"Wildebeest have no teeth, but they have tuskes (yes tuskes, not tusks) like Elephants."

While looking at an Elephant skull: "They killed the Elephant then took his skull out, but it was gray so they painted it white."

The Muskox: "Everyone went to hunt them because they thought they would taste good. They cooked them and took off all their fur, then fried them. Then they ate them, but not their heads, and they tasted good."
Kyle: "What did they do with their heads?"
McKayla: "They put them in the Bean Museum!"

Hammerhead shark: "They live in the ocean and they eat fish. But the octopus squirted octopus ink on them and they can not see the fishes, but they can smell them."

Tuna fish: "They splash. Great white sharks eat them and they lay seven eggs."

Walleye: "The only thing they eat is clams and they use clams and their pearls to protect their eggs. Walleye get eaten by humans."

Barracuda: "They eat fish. The only kind of fish they eat is trout."

Flying fish: "They have got wings and they can fly higher, 38 feet up into the sky. They eat plankton just like whales."

Hyenas: "Their faces are black when they are young. Their faces turn brown when they are old. The girl lions hunt them."

Boy lions: "Boy lions do not hunt. They stay home with their babies so they won't get eaten by other animals. Lions eat every kind of animal."

And my favorite:

Ligers: "They eat other lion babies. They are half tiger and half lion. The front half is lion and the back half is tiger. Half of their tail is tiger and the other half is lion. And they have tiger ears.
