Easter

So, the Easter bunny is really nice at our house and our girls scored. They had a great time playing with cousins and finding Easter eggs full of money. In case you are wondering about the strange pictures where all the kids are wearing blind folds, that was our Easter lesson, how, you ask did this teach the kids about Easter? We blind folded all the kids to represent the total darkness that the Nephites encountered after Christ was crucified, and they are on their hands and knees gathering their "family members," also known as candy and easter toys.

Before we read your post, Joe was like, "Why the heck are those kids crawling on the floor wearing bandannas?" Even after we read the explaination, he thought that it didn't sound very fun! :) Wendy did her big Nephite Easter Extravaganza again this year, but I didn't go this time.

Thanks for looking
