Hair cut

Alina decided that she wanted her hair cut and that she was going to donate it to the kids who have cancer and no hair. I informed her that they would have to cut off at least 10 inches and she said that was fine. So here is what her hair looked like before the cut.

Locks for love

Here is Alina getting her hair chopped. They cut about 12 inches off in a pony tail and another inch or so in the actual hair cut.

Here is Alina after she was all done. I'm seriously sad about this. But very proud that she was willing to donate her hair to a good cause.

Mckayla opening her presents. Her favorite one was a jewelry box with earrings inside.

McKayla had a great birthday party. She played games with all of her friends, ate lots of candy and cake and to say she got some lip gloss would be a major understatement. Overall a fun day.

McKayla had her birthday party this past weekend. She chose to play games, so I made her a candy land cake. I'm not overly impressed with my work, but if you put loads of candy on a cake kids are going to love it and love it they did.
