Mt Rushmore

We did Mt Rushmore on Wednesday and had a great time. The whole place was done so well and was very informative. The girls were great and loved reading all the plaques along the trail and learning about each of the presidents on the mountain.

Stinky?

Apparently Alina wasn't smelling too well because I caught her with my deodorant.

Dinner

We let the girls cook hot dogs over the fire the first night we were there. They thought is was the best thing ever and apparently hot dogs taste best over a camp fire. They also did smores that first night, which is something they have never had. As you can see they were a big hit.

The Drive

We left for Mt Rushmore on Tuesday. These pictures were taken during the 7 1/2 hour drive. McKayla thought is was funny to put blueberries on her dork tooth because they stuck there.

A common sight

This is a pretty common sight at our house. The poor kid has no butt and no hips so no matter what we do her pants are always falling down. We have tried elastic waist, adjustable waist and rolling, but nothing seems to work.

Swim Lessons

The girls did another session of swim lessons this past month. Both did a great job and loved it.

Robin Hood

The girls have really been into Robin Hood lately, it is all they ask to watch. They even act it out. Here they are acting out the scene where Robin Hood is telling Prince John his fortune. It is so funny to watch because they get all the lines correct.
